Self-catering is made easy with the apartments’ kitchen facilities and cookware. In additional, all of the air-conditioned apartments come equipped with televisions and washing machines. Multilingual staff are also on hand to help you throughout your stay.
Apartments are located all over the city centre. Please note that all guests must pick up their keys from the apartment’s office before being given instructions of where the apartment is located.
Travel information
The apartments are by the Plaça de Catalunya. Guests must check in to the offices at 20 Ronda Universitat, which is just off Plaça de Catalunya. The office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. Outside of these office hours and on holidays, please call 30 minutes before you reach the offices. If you land in Girona airport or Reus airport, please do not call until you have reached Barcelona.
By Air:
The apartments are just 15 km from Barcelona International Airport and taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. Alternatively, take the Aerobus from the airport exit to Plaça de Catalunya, which is just a very short walk from the apartments. The Aerobus should take approximately 30 minutes. Trains also run regularly from the airport to the center of Barcelona with a journey time of about 25 minutes. To reach the train station from the airport, you will have to walk along a tunnel above the street. Take the L10 train towards Estació de Franca and get out at Passeig de Gracia. When you get out of the train station, you will find yourself on the Passeig de Gracia. Walk downhill towards Placa de Catalunya.

Groups of 6 or more will be charged a breakage deposit of EUR 50 per person.
Guests arriving between 23:00-01:00 will be charged a EUR 25 supplement. This supplement rises to EUR 40 between 01:00-03.00. Check in after 03.00 is by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
